Summer Internship Beta Program

The Royal Poo Company Internship Program is dedicated to assisting in our social mission to promote sustainability in the bathroom industry. Through hands-on experience and real-world application of up-to-date strategies in branding, marketing, social media, and sales, interns will contribute to making a positive change in our company's success.

1. Social Media Manager - Internship

Location: Remote

Duration of Program: Summer Beta Program: 3 months (May 26 - August 19)

Pay: Commission Based Bonus Stipend Only (No hourly Pay)

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. As a social media manager Intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive sales. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sustainability, social media marketing, and making a difference in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our brand and products

  • Create engaging and compelling content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Manage and grow our social media presence by increasing followers, likes, and engagement

  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content and strategy

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our audience in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

  • Passion for sustainability and environmentally friendly products

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

  • Prior experience with social media marketing is preferred but not required

2. Sales & Marketing Manager - Internship

Job Description: We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sustainability, sales, and marketing, who wants to make a difference while gaining hands-on experience in a startup environment. As a Sales & Marketing Manager Intern, you'll play a crucial role in driving both B2C and B2B sales for our innovative products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and expand our customer base

  • Identify and target potential B2C and B2B customers through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking

  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to drive wholesale and bulk sales

  • Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the benefits of our products

  • Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and sales collateral

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both individual consumers and business clients

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Requirements:
